Nicole is a National Board Certified Teacher passionate about technology and education. She is an Adjunct Professor at three universities.  An ISTE Certified Educator, Nicole holds Master's degrees in Administration and Supervision and Technology in Education. She is a Google Certified Educator, a Google for Education Certified Trainer, and a Google Certified Coach. Nicole spent 25 years serving the students and teachers in Chicago Public Schools as a teacher and instructional technology coach before moving into the roles of an edtech coordinator and director of coaching in an Illinois State Board of Education grant program.
