I'm incredibly fortunate to live in an area that has access to some beautiful scenery to train in.  

These are pictures I've taken during rides, runs, hill sprints and walks.

 

Sometimes I'm lucky enough for company.

I keep an excel spreadsheet of the races I've run and notes about each race (PR's, if the race was timed/untimed, distance, etc.)

 

My exercise room also houses a bulletin board with a calendar.  On this calendar I chart types of workouts and mileage each week.  It's a great way to keep me accountable for how often and what type of workouts I'm doing.
